Nari,

I'd drink the 2008 now through the next 3 years or so. I've recently had the 2005 which was still kicking but I wouldn't hold on to it for much longer. These wines are meant to be drunk now and though they can be drink 3+ years after release, I probably wouldn't recommend intentionally aging it.

Best, Clark

Kareem,

I can't speak to the vineyard practices, but all the KL wines undergo natural fermentation and are unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulfur used as well.

For those posters looking for the Vin De Pays Du Vaucluse (White Wine)in the New Orleans area, I have purchased and have on hand the wine referenced above, and I bought same at the Acquistapace IGA Market in Covington, La (Northshore). One would take the Causeway Bridge from southshore to northshore, and proceed (approx 9 miles)to the downtown Covington exit via Boston Street, go west, 10-12 blocks to Acquistapace. It's a big store so one won't miss it. Very reasonable prices, and from my perspective the cheapest wine and spirts store on the Northshore. Good Luck!
