Bastille Day Menu Announcement

Our first ever Bastille Day celebration is around the corner and we couldn’t be more excited. Expect great music, food, and wine. Melissa Fernandez, Executive Chef of Café Fanny, has settled on a menu.

Pan Bagnat: Acme baguette with olive oil-poached tuna, heirloom tomatoes, egg and aioli. Served with potato salad with house-made, whole grain mustard and herbs.

Kermit weighed in all the way from France to help us decide on the wines. We don’t have by the glass prices just yet, but here’s what we will pour:

2008 Alsace Blanc ·  Kuentz-Bas
2010 Ajaccio Blanc “Faustine” ·  Domaine Comte Abbatucci
NV Blanc de Blancs Brut 1er Cru ·  Veuve Fourny
2010 Tavel Rosé ·  Château de Trinquevedel
2009 Chinon ·  Domaine Bernard Baudry
2008 Gigondas “Les Racines” ·  Domaine Les Pallières

We don’t have pricing for the event just yet, but as usual, we promise it will be reasonable.
