I haven’t had the chance to make it to Corsica yet though I love the wines and cheeses. A nice jump start here for me on the cuisine. Very interesting history regarding the absence of fish as well.

Mr Santini did an excellent article. He featured an area, gave some advice, mentioned some wines and provided a recipe.
I have been writing some travel articles. These include something about the location, some cultural piece related to the area to read or a movie, a recipe from the area that is tested, typical and delicious and a wine selection or two(this can feature a quality wine carried by an importer).
I enjoyed what was shared and I suspect others will too.
